Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive to handle the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment and possess strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to employee onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and manage pre-joining formalities.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
- Coordinate background verification and document collection.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Achieve hiring targets within the specified timelines.
- Prepare recruitment reports and monthly hiring MIS.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures.
- Assist in employee onboarding and induction activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is mandatory.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Familiarity with HRMS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
