About the Role
We are looking for a technically strong and execution-oriented professional to support ecosystem and marketplace initiatives for our Tanzania operations.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of marketplace platforms, technology-enabled business operations, data analysis, and process management. The role requires someone who can work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to operational improvements, and support on-ground execution in dynamic environments.
This position is best suited for candidates who enjoy solving real-world business challenges using structured thinking, technology, and data-driven approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Support marketplace and ecosystem operations across Tanzania
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and ecosystem partners
- Monitor operational performance and support process improvements
- Analyze data, reports, and business metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist in streamlining workflows and improving execution efficiency
- Work with technology, logistics, and business teams to ensure smooth coordination
- Support partner onboarding, fulfillment tracking, and operational reporting
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
- Contribute to scaling and expansion initiatives in field-intensive markets
- Assist in identifying and resolving operational or process-related challenges
Technical Skills & Expertise Required
Strong Understanding Of:
- Marketplace and platform-based business models
- Logistics and supply chain basics
- Data analysis and reporting
- Process management and workflow optimization
- Operational KPI monitoring
- Excel / Google Sheets / MIS reporting
- CRM or operational tools
- Dashboard interpretation and reporting systems
Preferred Experience
- Candidates with experience in one or more of the following environments will be preferred:
- Marketplace platforms
- Startup or scaling environments
- Logistics or supply chain businesses
- Agritech or rural ecosystem operations
- Last-mile delivery or field coordination roles

- 4–8 years of relevant experience

- Willingness for frequent and extended travel to Tanzania
