Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about recruitment and eager to build a career in Human Resources.
The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, candidate engagement, and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
Conduct candidate follow-ups and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
Maintain and update recruitment databases and records
Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires
Assist in other HR-related coordination activities as required
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
Freshers with an interest in Human Resources are encouraged to apply
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
Basic understanding of recruitment processes is an added advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
