Key Responsibilities:
- Drive admissions by making 30–40 impactful calls daily to parents and leads, ensuring consistent follow-ups and engagement
- Conduct effective counselling sessions for students and parents, guiding them through the admission and enrollment process
- Manage and track enquiry data, digital leads, follow-ups, and admission pipelines with high accuracy
- Ensure strong conversion outcomes by defining clear next steps, maintaining regular communication, and successfully closing admissions
- Coordinate between the school team and the central team to ensure seamless communication and admission operations
- Manage daily academic operations and ensure smooth execution of class schedules and learning activities
- Track student attendance regularly and follow up with parents regarding absenteeism and academic concerns
- Coordinate with faculty for session planning, timetable management, subject allocation, and schedule updates
- Support examination processes including timetable preparation, study material coordination, inventory management, and CBT (Computer-Based Test) arrangements
- Maintain accurate academic and faculty records while ensuring timely communication of schedules, updates, reminders, and important announcements to students, parents, and internal teams
Ideal Profile
- Graduate / Postgraduate (mandatory)
- Experience in education sector; sales background is a plus
- Strong communication, planning & coordination skills
- High ownership, proactive mindset & ability to meet timelines
- Willing to work full-time from school campus (Monday–Saturday)
