Business Intelligence & Governance: Reports /Dashboards to be updated/ created basisbusiness needs/ proactive data cuts that can be brought in Track business performance across Operations function against identified KPIs forrespective verticals within MED & derive actionable insights proactively Leverage industry/domain knowledge, trends & benchmarking to identify opportunities toexplore via new business model innovation & commercial models Lead quarterly performance reviews & own incentive calculations for sales teams for ontime payout for performance Pricing control & governance across Business (products) & service domains/ dealsupport on regular basis in close workings with sales team/ leadership teams Leading AR/ sales collections calls with teams for service & consumables to ensure ontime/ on target collection in close coordination with sales team
Strategy:
Own Strategy development & refinement for MED leadership to steer profitable growthdelivering strategy & strategic pursuits ,steer implementation & thereby aiding marketscoping, customer journeys,GTMs & overall customer excellence, process & peopleimprovements Lead efforts on special projects aligned with global initiatives Coordinate & deliver on MED level operational excellence – Managementmeetings/Townhalls/Global visits etc – Play a "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, providinga bridge for smooth communication between the Divisional Manager and staff,demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with the MEDleadership Team. Complete projects by assigning work to appropriate staff, including theExecutive Team, on behalf of the DM.
