Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Regional Sales Manager – South India to lead and scale Yu Foods’ offline sales operations across key southern markets including Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kerala. This role will be responsible for managing a team of ASMs and Sales Executives, driving distributor performance, expanding retail reach, and ensuring strong execution across General Trade, Modern Trade, and key institutional channels. The ideal candidate combines strong execution capability with entrepreneurial ownership and thrives in high-growth FMCG environments.
What We’re Looking For
- 10-12+ years of FMCG sales experience
- Strong experience managing South India markets
- Proven track record in distributor-led sales execution
- Experience managing frontline sales teams
- High ownership mindset with strong execution skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
