Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for US customers in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information as per process guidelines.
- Manage customer interactions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
- Communicate with customers via calls and emails when required.
- Meet quality, productivity, and service level targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree (completed)
✔ 2.5–3.5 years of experience in an International Voice Process (US & Collections Process preferred)
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
✔ Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
✔ Good knowledge of MS Office applications
✔ Comfortable working permanent night shifts
✔ Immediate to 15-day joiners preferred
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
