Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to generate leads, promote our construction services, build customer relationships, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for residential and commercial construction projects.
- Promote construction and real estate services through field marketing and digital platforms.
- Meet prospective customers and explain company services.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into projects.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams for customer requirements.
- Build relationships with property owners, brokers, and business partners.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain customer databases and sales reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, or Construction Industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate and manage customer leads.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion is an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Coimbatore and nearby areas.
Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- MBA Marketing is an added advantage.
