Quality Analyst / Manual Tester (Fresher)Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Freshers to join our QA team as Quality Analysts / Manual Testers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in software testing by working closely with experienced developers and QA professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements and application functionality.
- Execute manual testing activities including Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, Sanity Testing, Retesting, and Ad-hoc Testing.
- Prepare and execute test cases based on business requirements.
- Identify, document, and report software defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Verify bug fixes and perform retesting.
- Collaborate with developers and team members to ensure product quality.
- Participate in requirement discussions and team meetings.
- Maintain testing documentation and daily status reports.
- Learn and follow software testing best practices and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts.
- Knowledge of Manual Testing and SDLC/STLC.
- Familiarity with Functional, Regression, Smoke, and Sanity Testing.
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science), BE/B.Tech, or related field.
- 2025, or 2026 pass-outs can apply.
- Freshers with software testing training, internships, or academic projects are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of JIRA, Azure DevOps, or any bug-tracking tool.
- Understanding of Agile methodology.
- Software Testing certification is an added advantage.
