Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding Materials: Assist in creating and updating onboarding guides, welcome decks, and training materials for new hires.
- Digital Filing & Compliance: Maintain and audit digital employee files within our HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring all required compliance documents are up to date.
- Internal Knowledge Base: Help organize and manage the HR department.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
