About the Role
2050 Healthcare is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Manager to lead and manage the Homecare operations across Delhi and Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high service quality, managing field teams, improving patient experience, and driving operational efficiency.
The candidate should possess strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills with prior experience in healthcare operations, home healthcare, hospital operations, or allied healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage end-to-end Homecare operations across Delhi and Gurgaon.
Ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services to patients while maintaining quality standards and service excellence.
Manage and coordinate field staff, including nurses, physiotherapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
Monitor daily patient assignments, scheduling, deployment, and service fulfilment.
Ensure optimal manpower utilization and resource allocation.
Track operational KPIs, patient satisfaction, service quality, and turnaround times.
Collaborate with the clinical, HR, recruitment, and business teams to ensure timely staffing and uninterrupted operations.
Handle patient escalations, resolve service issues, and ensure a superior patient experience.
Develop and implement SOPs, operational processes, and quality control measures.
Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of field teams.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and present operational updates to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and safety standards.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Support business expansion initiatives across the region.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
3–5 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, home healthcare, hospital operations, or allied healthcare services.
Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple locations and handle operational challenges effectively.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and patient-centric environment.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
