Job Summary
The Telecalling Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote company products and services, generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Calling & Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and leads.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Record customer feedback and communicate it to relevant departments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction during all interactions.
Data Management
- Update customer information in CRM software or databases.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Prepare daily and weekly call reports.
Sales Support
- Assist in achieving sales and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaigns.
- Promote new products, offers, and company initiatives.
Reporting
- Submit daily call activity reports.
- Track lead conversion status and follow-up activities.
- Report customer concerns and market feedback to management.
Required Qualifications Education
- Diplomo in Agri,B,sc agri (Prefered)
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
