We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can transform complex workflows into simple, user-friendly experiences.Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-centric, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to understand business requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve product experience.
- Ensure consistency in design systems, typography, colors, and UI components across products.
- Design dashboards, forms, and workflows for financial products (LMS, LOS, Accounting Systems, etc.).
- Develop and maintain design libraries and style guides.
- Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Optimize user journeys to improve engagement and usability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Experience working on SaaS, fintech, or enterprise applications is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in designing dashboards and complex enterprise applications.
- Understanding of fintech products such as Lending Management Systems (LMS), Loan Origination Systems (LOS), or ERP solutions.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and usability principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
