Supervise the complete day-to-day operation of the bar.
Ensure smooth and efficient service to guests.
Maintain high standards of hospitality, service, and guest satisfaction.
Ensure the bar is opened and closed as per operational procedures.
Coordinate with restaurant, kitchen, stewarding, and front office teams.
Allocate duties and shifts to bartenders, bar attendants, and support staff.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational requirements.
Train staff on service standards, product knowledge, and responsible service.
Handle staff grievances and escalate major issues to the F&B Manager.
Maintain accurate records of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and other bar items.
Conduct daily opening and closing stock checks.
Monitor consumption, wastage, breakage, and variance.
Ensure proper storage and security of alcoholic beverages.
Raise purchase/requisition requests based on par stock levels.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification with Accounts/Stores.
Ensure all drinks are properly billed and recorded.
Monitor POS transactions and avoid unauthorized complimentary items.
Verify cash/card settlements and closing reports.
Ensure proper documentation for voids, discounts, complimentary drinks, and cancellations.
Welcome and interact professionally with guests.
Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly.
Obtain guest feedback and communicate recurring issues to management.
Ensure responsible and legally compliant service of alcoholic beverages.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar, counters, equipment, glassware, refrigerators, and storage areas.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor proper handling and cleaning of bar equipment.
Ensure fire, electrical, and workplace safety procedures are followed.
Ensure all applicable liquor licensing, excise, age-verification, operating-hour, and hotel policies are strictly followed.
Maintain required bar registers and records.
Ensure no unauthorized sale, service, or removal of alcoholic beverages.
Immediately report compliance violations or incidents to management.
Coordinate with F&B Manager regarding sales, stock, staffing, and operational issues.
Prepare daily/monthly bar sales and consumption reports.
Monitor beverage sales and identify opportunities to improve revenue.
Participate in F&B meetings and contribute operational suggestions.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
