We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our real estate operations. This is a dynamic role where you will play a crucial part in managing client communications, coordinating transactions, and keeping our daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Coordination: Assist in preparing, organizing, and managing real estate documents, contracts, and lease agreements.
- Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, buyers, sellers, and tenants, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate property showings, appraisal appointments, home inspections, and team meetings.
- Administrative Support: Maintain and update our CRM database, track leads, and manage digital files and paperwork.
- Marketing Assistance: Help create and coordinate property listings, update social media channels, and distribute marketing materials.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Real Estate Assistant, Transaction Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role in the real estate industry.
- Familiarity with residential real estate transactions, contracts, and property management basics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional time-management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), and basic digital marketing tools.
- A positive, professional attitude and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
