Property Kumbh is seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and experienced Assistant Sales Manager – Real Estate to lead sales initiatives in Lucknow. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving the sale of residential and commercial properties, achieving revenue targets, supporting sales team performance, and expanding the company’s market presence in the Lucknow real estate sector.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Target Achievement
- Support and lead the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for residential and commercial projects.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution.
Team Leadership & Management
- Mentor and motivate sales executives and tele-callers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions to improve productivity and sales conversion.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and acquire new clients including investors, end-users, NRIs, and corporate buyers.
- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze Lucknow real estate trends, pricing, competitor activities, and customer demand.
- Develop effective sales strategies based on market insights.
Sales Process Management
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and site visits to negotiations and deal closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and handover.
Marketing Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, digital promotions, events, and lead-generation activities.
Broker & Channel Management
- Maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and referral associates to expand business opportunities.
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the buying journey to enhance client satisfaction and brand reputation.
Role Requirements / QualificationsEducation
- Any Graduate
- MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate preferred
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate sales.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Sales Manager or Team Lead role.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets within the Lucknow or Uttar Pradesh real estate market.
Key Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
