Inside Sales Executive / Telesales (Work From Home) – Full-Time & Part-Time

About the Role
We are looking for motivated, target-driven sales professionals and energetic individuals to join our telesales team. You will handle incoming leads, pitch matrimony memberships, follow up, and close deals over phone calls and WhatsApp.
Salary & Earning Potential
- Full-Time (8 Hours/Day):
- Fixed Salary: ₹4,000 – ₹7,000 / month
- Monthly Target: ₹20,000+
- Total Earning Potential: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000+ (Fixed + Uncapped Incentives)
- Part-Time (4 Hours/Day):
- Fixed Salary: ₹4,000 – ₹5,000 / month
- Monthly Target: ₹10,000+
- Total Earning Potential: ₹6,000 – ₹10,000+ (Fixed + Uncapped Incentives)
Work Details & Shift Timings
- Full-Time Shift: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM (8 Hours Daily) | 6 Days/Week (Includes Sundays)
- Part-Time Shift Options: 4 Hours Daily | 6 Days/Week (Includes Sundays)
- Slot 1: 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Slot 2: 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Contact qualified leads to sell Self-Search and Assisted Matrimony Memberships.
- Consistently follow up with interested and pending leads via Phone Calls and WhatsApp.
- Address customer queries, handle sales objections, and collect payments.
- Update lead statuses accurately in the CRM.
- Achieve and exceed monthly conversion targets to maximize incentive earnings.
Requirements
- Experience (Strictly Mandatory): Minimum 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Banking, or Insurance. (Freshers please DO NOT apply). Candidate must have strong deal-closing capabilities. Matrimony sales experience will be given top priority.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, persistence, and deal-closing skills.
- Tech Requirements: Smartphone or Laptop with a stable high-speed internet connection.
- Mindset: Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
