About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our growth in the India market. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, enjoys interacting with clients, and is eager to build a career in B2B business development within the digital marketing space.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and networking
- Conduct initial outreach and qualify prospects based on business needs and potential
- Schedule and assist in discovery calls and meetings with decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and support in pitching relevant digital marketing services
- Work closely with the sales/BDM team to move leads through the sales funnel
- Maintain and update lead data, conversations, and activities in CRM systems
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture and convert them into clients
- Support proposal creation, presentations, and coordination during the sales process
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (freshers with strong communication and negotiaition skills can apply)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, performance marketing, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Ability to handle rejection and remain consistent with outreach efforts
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, or email marketing
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar
- Exposure to B2B sales or agency environment
- Understanding of basic sales funnels and lead qualification
