Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business requirements.
- Strong understanding of application integration using APIs and low-code platforms.
- Ability to manage software release cycles and ensure system stability.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
- Familiarity with best practices for maintaining compatibility and performance in packaged or SaaS applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
