Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Contact and coordinate with shortlisted candidates.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in posting job openings on various recruitment platforms.
- Support day-to-day recruitment and HR operations.
Required Skills & Qualities
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing graduation in HR or a related field.
- 3–6 months of recruitment/sourcing experience preferred.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
