We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential and commercial interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client consultations, space planning, design development, project coordination, and ensuring timely execution while maintaining high standards of quality and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their design requirements, budget, and project expectations.
- Develop innovative design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and presentation materials.
- Prepare detailed drawings, 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure work is executed as per approved designs and specifications.
- Select materials, furniture, lighting, finishes, and décor elements suitable for the project.
- Review BOQs, material specifications, and project timelines.
- Mentor and guide junior designers while ensuring design quality and consistency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and industry best practices.

Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience
- 5–8+ years of experience in residential and commercial interior design projects.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed interior design projects.
- Excellent creativity, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Knowledge of turnkey interior execution and site management will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
