Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses and admissions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and convert leads.
- Follow up with inquiries and drive admissions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular updates.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 2–3+ years of experience as an Admission Counsellor/Telecaller in the EdTech industry.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Proven track record of meeting admission/sales targets.
- Comfortable working remotely with a stable internet connection.
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance Incentives
