General Purpose: The Intern will support plant maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of equipment. The role provides hands-on experience in maintenance, Projects, asset management, and continuous improvement.
Main/ Essential Task
Support preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
● Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment.
● Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, TPM, 5S).
● Support installation and commissioning of new machines and projects.
● Create and maintain equipment/assets
● Monitor and manage critical spare parts inventory.
● Track maintenance KPIs such as Equipment Availability, MTTR, MTBF, PM
Compliance, and Breakdown Analysis.
● Maintain maintenance records and prepare reports.
● Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
● Coordinate with Production, Stores, Projects, and other departments to ensure
smooth plant operations.
Skills Required
● Basic knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical maintenance
● Problem-solving and analytical skills
● Google Workspace
● SAP knowledge is an added advantage
● Good communication and teamwork

Position Details
- Role: Maintenance Intern
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Duration: 6 months (with potential for full-time conversion based on performance)
- Stipend: ₹15,000 / month
- Location: Dabaspete

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
