Job Overview
We are hiring a meticulous and detail-oriented QA Documentation & Compliance Engineer for a leading manufacturing organization in Miraj, Sangli. In this role, you will be responsible for managing quality engineering documentation, maintaining absolute audit readiness, and supporting comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) activities. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of machine shop processes to ensure seamless compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive control plans, inspection logs, and technical quality documentation.
- Audit Readiness: Maintain all quality audit documentation and ensure the production facility is continually prepared for internal, external, and customer audits.
- QMS Support: Actively support, implement, and drive ongoing Quality Management System (QMS) activities and procedural compliance.
- Process Alignment: Monitor and ensure manufacturing processes strictly adhere to defined quality standards, workflows, and regulatory benchmarks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to identify areas for process and documentation improvement.
- Traceability & Records: Maintain accurate, organized inspection reports, quality data records, and product component traceability logs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma (DME) or B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in quality engineering, quality control, or QA documentation within a manufacturing environment.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong foundational working knowledge of Machine Shop (MC Shop) processes and manufacturing workflows.
- Core Competencies: Practical experience in control plan preparation, implementation, and audit documentation frameworks.
- System Standards: Solid familiarity with quality management systems, compliance regulations, and corporate reporting.
- Attributes: Exceptional analytical capabilities, sharp attention to detail, and professional technical writing skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
