About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, and FinOps to architect, design, and build scalable cloud-native data platforms supporting enterprise FinOps initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design of enterprise FinOps Data Platforms built on GCP and AWS.
- Define and implement the FOCUS (FinOps Open Cost and Usage Specification) data model.
- Normalize cloud billing data across AWS CUR 2.0, GCP BigQuery Billing Export, Azure, and OCI.
- Build and maintain workflow orchestration using Cloud Composer (Apache Airflow) DAGs.
- Implement BigQuery Row-Level Security (RLS), IAM policies, and dataset-level controls.
- Automate deployments of SQL scripts, Airflow DAGs, and infrastructure via AWS CodePipeline.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience: 6 to 15 years in Data Engineering / Cloud Data Architecture.
- GCP: BigQuery, Cloud Composer (Airflow), Dataset Architecture, IAM & RLS.
- AWS: AWS Architecture, AWS CodePipeline, Cost & Usage Reports (CUR).
- FinOps: Hands-on experience with multi-cloud billing, cost amortization, and tag normalization.
- Notice Period: Candidates must be able to join within 30 days.
Compensation Band:
- 6–8 Years: Up to ₹20 LPA
- 8–12 Years: Up to ₹30 LPA
- 12–15 Years: Up to ₹36 LPA
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,600,000.00 per year

- Do you have direct experience working with cloud cost optimization and processing multi-cloud billing datasets (such as AWS Cost & Usage Reports / CUR 2.0 or GCP BigQuery Billing Exports)?
- Do you have hands-on experience setting up CI/CD automation pipelines for data workflows using AWS CodePipeline?
- Have you authored and deployed production ETL/ELT pipelines using Cloud Composer / Apache Airflow DAGs?
- Do you have at least 3 years of hands-on experience designing and optimizing production data architectures on GCP BigQuery (including partitioning, clustering, and Row-Level Security)?
