- Oversee daily deployment and attendance of all LME/Runners across assigned areas.
- Plan and assign optimized pickup routes to runners to ensure maximum coverage with minimum travel time and cost.
- Ensure all scheduled pickups are completed within defined TAT.
- Track and verify daily pickup entries submitted by runners; ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Calculate and process weekly salary of runners based on pick ups done.
- Identify and implement route optimization opportunities to reduce fuel, travel time, and overall last-mile cost.
- Address runner escalations, route issues, and coordinate replacements in case of absence.
- Ensure runners follow SOP for sample/material handling and maintain pickup compliance standards.
