Key Responsibilities
- * Handle end-to-end procurement of interior fit-out materials used in turnkey office interior projects including:
- * Furniture & Workstations
- * Veneers, Laminates & Plywood
- * Hardware & Architectural Products
- * Glass, Metal & Stone Finishes
- * Electrical & Lighting Materials
- * HVAC, Plumbing & False Ceiling Materials
- * Loose Furniture, Décor & Customized Elements
- * Develop strategic procurement plans aligned with project timelines, budgets, and execution schedules.
- * Source, evaluate, negotiate, and finalize vendors/suppliers/subcontractors for project requirements.
- * Conduct comparative analysis and commercial negotiations to achieve cost optimization without compromising quality standards.
- * Ensure timely material procurement and delivery coordination to avoid project delays and site disruptions.
- * Build and maintain a strong supplier and subcontractor network across interior fit-out categories.
- * Coordinate closely with Design, Projects, QS, Site Execution, and Finance teams for smooth procurement planning.
- * Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and availability of materials to identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities.
- * Maintain procurement MIS reports, vendor databases, BOQs, rate contracts, and purchase documentation.
- * Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, contractual obligations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- * Support management with budgeting insights, value engineering inputs, and procurement planning for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- * Strong knowledge of Interior Fit-Out Procurement & Turnkey Project Purchasing.
- * Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and commercial understanding.
- * Expertise in sourcing interior materials, finishes, and project-based procurement.
- * Strong understanding of BOQs, project specifications, and execution timelines.
- * Ability to manage multiple vendors and fast-track procurement cycles.
- * Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- * Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP Software, Purchase Management Systems, and MIS reporting.
- * Ability to work under pressure and deliver within strict project deadlines
Qualifications & Experience
- * Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Interior Projects, or related field.
- * 4–8 years of relevant experience in procurement for Interior Fit-Out / Turnkey / Design & Build Projects.
- * Proven experience in handling project procurement for commercial office interiors and turnkey execution environments.
- * Strong vendor network within the interior and construction industry shall be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
