Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our preschool branch. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in handling preschool administration, parent coordination, admissions, and team management.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth branch operations while maintaining a safe, positive, and child-friendly environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Generate admissions and achieve admission targets
2. Handle parent inquiries and conduct admission counseling professionally
3. Manage complete day-to-day preschool branch operations
4. Supervise teachers, coordinators, and support staff
5. Ensure smooth classroom functioning and discipline management
6. Maintain high standards of child safety, hygiene, and care
7. Coordinate with management regarding branch performance and reports
8. Organize school activities, events, and parent meetings
9. Monitor attendance, fee follow-ups, and administrative records
10. Support marketing and promotional activities for admissions
11. Maintain positive relationships with parents and staff members
12. Ensure compliance with preschool policies and operational standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5–7 years of experience in preschool management and admissions
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle parents, admissions, and staff management
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and administration
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
