Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- Must to have Skills: Own and govern lower-environment build architecture (DEV / TEST / UAT), including environment setup, configuration, and validation in line with enterprise standards.
- Lead server-side dependencies and infrastructure coordination, and plan and execute Power Automate platform upgrades (Cloud Flows, Desktop/RPA components) to ensure compatibility, stability, security compliance, and minimal business disruption across the automation landscape.
- Define end-to-end automation architecture using Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, Business Process Flows)
- Design scalable and reusable automation frameworks aligned with enterprise standards and business goals
- Architect integrations across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, SAP, SQL, and Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault)
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration of automation tools within enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value.
