We are hiring an Ecommerce Operations Executive to manage and support our Amazon marketplace operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, order management, inventory tracking, sales coordination, and marketplace growth activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of Amazon Seller Central account
- Create and update product listings
- Monitor inventory and stock availability
- Handle order processing and shipment coordination
- Support Amazon PPC campaigns and promotional activities
- Track sales performance and marketplace reports
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for product content
- Maintain account health and marketplace compliance
- Monitor pricing, competitors, and product performance
- Handle customer queries and operational issues
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of ecommerce marketplaces
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic MS Excel knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Quick learner with problem-solving ability
