- Welcoming clients and visitors in a friendly and positive manner
- Answering and forwarding phone calls, and screening them as needed
- Booking meetings and appointments for clients
- Helping clients with questions and issues
- Filing documents, maintaining records, faxing and photocopying, and ordering office equipment
- Providing business documentation and professional demeanor to managers
- Processing updated client information and payments into a database
- Keeping the reception area clean and organized
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Arranging couriers for clients

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
