Salary Up to (Ad hoc): ₹48,000 per month
Essential Eligibility
Post Graduate in in Subject Specific
B.Ed with minimum 65% marks
Fluency in English
Throughout First Class (65%+) academic record till graduation
Minimum 75% in English and 75% in core subject
CTET Paper II qualified (minimum 65%)
Minimum 7 years of PGT teaching experience
Preferred: Age 30+ | Married
Selection & Assessments
Mandatory CENTA Walk-in Assessment
Post-joining qualification of:
o CENTA Teaching Quotient (TQ)
(Online orientation provided; exam fee payable by candidate)
o CENTA Subject Knowledge Test (SKT)

Salary growth is strictly merit-based, performance-linked, and non-negotiable.
The interview panel will conduct the interview round in the month of July. As part of the
selection process, one external subject expert will be invited for subject-wise interaction
with the candidates. Based on the panel’s evaluation, the final appointment will be made
accordingly.
