- Lead and manage the showroom sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and market share.
- Monitor daily sales activities, inquiries, bookings, deliveries, and team performance.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and relationship management.
- Train, motivate, and mentor sales executives to improve performance and product knowledge.
- Manage showroom operations, customer handling, and sales process compliance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Ensure proper follow-up of leads from walk-ins, digital platforms, and telecalling activities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, MIS, and performance reviews.
- Maintain inventory awareness and coordinate with stock management teams.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Drive exchange, finance, accessories, and extended warranty sales opportunities.
- 5–10 years of experience in automobile sales.
- Minimum 2–3 years of team handling experience in a supervisory/managerial role.
