We are looking for a UPSC aspirant or candidate with a strong understanding of UPSC preparation who can guide and counsel students aspiring for Civil Services. The role involves helping students choose the right strategy, study plan, and resources based on their strengths and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic and career counselling to UPSC aspirants.
- Guide students on exam patterns, preparation strategy, and subject selection.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to track student progress and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with faculty and management to improve student experience.
- Help in enrolment counselling by explaining courses, batches, and benefits of our programs.
Requirements:
- Work experience in UPSC domain / Education industry / Sales or Counselling profile.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good command of English communication.
- Ability to understand student requirements and provide suitable guidance.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Prior min 1 year of experience in UPSC counselling will be preferred.
