As the Marketing & Sales Manager, you will head our core revenue operations. You will design localized marketing plans and lead an internal team of Sales executives to hit monthly and quarterly booking targets. This role bridges the gap between active lead generation (digital and physical offline networks) and customer acquisition, catering to local buyers and the highly vital Non-Resident Indian (NRI clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Pipeline Management: Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from initial inquiry tracking, site visits, and price negotiations to final booking and documentation.
NRI Strategy Execution: Formulate and manage specific outreach campaigns to target the NRI investor base, primarily in the GCC region, through direct network channels and virtual consultations.
Lead Generation & Digital Marketing: Collaborate with creative agencies or internal teams to execute localized paid ad campaigns, social media marketing, and hyper-targeted lead generation.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and track the daily activities of sales executives, setting realistic targets and conducting performance reviews.
Market Intelligence: Monitor Kozhikode real estate price trends, competitor project launches, and infrastructure shifts to adjust project pricing strategies accordingly.
B2B Local Networking: Build strategic partnerships with local property dealers, financial advisors, and wealth managers across Kozhikode, Malappuram, and Kannur to scale referral channels.
What We Are Looking For
Industry Experience: 5-10 years of total experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years directly within the Kerala Real Estate market (Kozhikode/Malabar region experience is highly preferred).
Language Skills: Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory, high-value negotiations, and community documentation. Proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience with popular real estate CRM tools, lead tracking infrastructure, and performance reporting.
Local Demographics Mastery:
Strong understanding of consumer behavior in Kozhikode, particularly what urban buyers seek in modern amenities, structural durability, and apartment maintenance preferences.
Education: MBA in Marketing or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/related field.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
