Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic North Indian dishes.
- Maintain food quality and consistency.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage kitchen preparation and stock requirements.
- Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Hotel Management Degree/Diploma.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a North Indian Cook.
- Strong knowledge of curries, tandoor, gravies, breads, and Indian cuisine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
