BFC Fitness is hiring motivated and disciplined Gym Trainers for both part-time and full-time positions.
Open Positions:
- 3 Part-Time Trainers (5-hour shifts)
- 1 Full-Time Trainer
Salary:
- Part-Time Trainers: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Freshers: Starting from ₹10,000 per month
- Full-Time Trainer: ₹20,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Guide members with workouts and exercise techniques
- Assist in maintaining discipline and professionalism on the gym floor
- Support member engagement and motivation
- Promote personal training and fitness services
- Ensure proper use of equipment and member safety
- Maintain a positive training environment
Requirements:
- Basic fitness and workout knowledge
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual, disciplined, and professional attitude
- Certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Freshers with strong interest in fitness can apply
