Job Title: Travel Consultant (Domestic & International)

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-obsessed Travel Consultant to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, understanding their travel dreams and crafting personalized itineraries that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients (via calls, WhatsApp, email, or in-person) to understand their travel needs, preferences, budget, and special requirements
(honeymoon, family, adventure, luxury, etc.).
- Design and propose customized travel packages for domestic and international destinations.
- Research and recommend the best options for flights, hotels, visas, transfers, sightseeing, and experiences.
- Handle end-to-end bookings: flights, accommodations, holiday packages, travel insurance, and ancillary services.
- Provide accurate information on destinations, weather, local customs, visa processes, and travel tips.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Upsell additional services and manage client expectations during the entire travel journey.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and ground partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Handle queries, modifications, and resolve any travel-related issues promptly.
- Stay updated on latest travel trends, destinations, and industry offers.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in travel consultancy, tour operations, or as a travel agent (relevant qualification may be considered).
- Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Tourism/Hospitality
- Salary : 15 K - 25 K (As per the Expertise)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi + English mandatory; additional regional languages are a big plus).
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, ticketing, and visa processes.
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems, GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo preferred), and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client queries simultaneously.
- Passion for travel with a natural flair for sales and customer service.
