Jassim Alshehab Designing and Consulting Pvt Ltd is a 3D architectural visualization studio based in Bangalore. Since 2014, we’ve been serving an esteemed client in Kuwait with cutting-edge visualizations for high-profile architectural and interior projects. We are now expanding and looking for a detail-driven, creative 3D Visualizer to join our passionate team.
Key Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for a 3D Visualizer with over 3 years of experience.Office is located at Indranagar, Bangalore. The successful candidate will be based in Bengaluru. The 3D Visualizer roles as follows:
- Collaborate with the architectural team to develop 3D models and visuals for commercial and residential projects.
- Interpret CAD drawings and mood board that explain the space finishes references to create realistic interiors and exteriors.
- Model and render architectural scenes (interior/exterior) based on drawings and briefs.
- Produce still images and animations (if required)
- Work with Photoshop and other tools for post-production.
- Collaborate with the team and manage revisions efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in 3D Visualization (with no employment gaps).
- Proficiency in 3ds Max for modeling and rendering.
- Strong grasp of render engines like V-Ray and Corona.
- Proven ability to model with precision and speed, especially in parametric and patterned designs.
- Demonstrated experience in architectural/interior visualization.
- Proficiency in Photoshop for post-production and a good understanding of lighting,color theory and photographic composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Degree in Architectural Visualization, 3D Design, or a related discipline.
Bonus Points
- Experience with D5 Render, Lumion, Vantage, Unity, or Unreal Engine.
- Animation and real-time visualization capabilities.
