Position: Social Media Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow multiple client social media accounts. The ideal candidate is passionate about content creation, skilled in Canva design, and experienced in producing short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
You should have a strong understanding of branding, engagement strategies, and social media trends, with the ability to turn insights into actionable campaigns that drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for multiple clients
- Design eye-catching graphics and visuals using Canva
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Write engaging captions and calls-to-action that drive audience interaction
- Manage posting schedules and daily community engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly
- Track social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
- Stay up-to-date with platform trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and the marketing team to ensure content alignment
Required Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management
- Proficiency in Canva and visual content creation
- Experience in short-form video creation and editing
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Pro
- Deep understanding of Instagram Reels and current social media trends
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads is a plus
- Strong communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent time management, creativity, and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
