Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Python Developer with experience in Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, and modern cloud technologies to join our growing AI engineering team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will work on designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and cloud-native architectures.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional AI squads, including Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, and Operations teams, to build scalable AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities AI Development & Integration
- Develop and integrate Generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI or Mistral
- Implement AI-driven features within enterprise applications
- Optimize API calls and interactions with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Work with GPT models, embeddings, and NLP-based AI functionalities
Backend & API Development
- Design and develop RESTful APIs for AI-powered services
- Ensure secure and efficient data exchange between AI models and applications
- Implement scalable backend architectures and coding best practices
Collaboration & Deployment
- Work closely with Ops teams to deploy AI models into production
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand AI use cases
- Optimize model inference performance in cloud-based environments
Code Quality & Performance
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Python code
- Develop unit and integration tests for AI functionalities
- Improve application performance, scalability, and reliability
Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills
✔ Strong experience in Python
✔ Experience with Front-End technologies
✔ Good understanding of RESTful APIs
✔ Hands-on experience interacting with AI/LLM models using Python
✔ Familiarity with GPT models, embeddings, NLP, and AI application development
✔ Experience with Azure Cloud Services and Azure AI SDKs
✔ Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for deployment
✔ Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for AI-based services
Soft Skills
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work in cross-functional AI squads
✔ Good communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to translate AI concepts into actionable technical tasks
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, or related field
