Job description
- Lead architectural design and development for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Develop conceptual designs, schematic designs, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
- Prepare and review plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detail drawings.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants.
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy, quality, and design intent.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams.
- Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.
- Review material samples, shop drawings, mock-ups, and finishes where required.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and design coordination.
- Lead and mentor junior architects and design team members.
- Communicate with clients and understand their design requirements and expectations.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients and management.
- Ensure projects maintain high standards of design quality, functionality, and execution.
- Coordinate with vendors and consultants when required.
- Participate in design reviews, progress meetings, and project coordination meetings.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction practices.
- Excellent understanding of space planning, materials, detailing, and building construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drafting.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or other relevant design software is preferred.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings and technical documentation.
- Good knowledge of building codes, regulations, and approval processes.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to design quality.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
