## Key Responsibilities
1. *Customer Service*:
- Handle customer queries, track shipments, and provide updates.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed.
2. *Operations*:
- Coordinate with airlines/shipping lines for bookings and tracking.
- Prepare and process shipping documents (AWB, HBL, etc.).
- Ensure smooth cargo movement and customs clearance.
3. *Documentation*:
- Verify shipment docs for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with customs, CCHAs, and transporters.
4. *Reporting & Coordination*:
- Track KPIs (on-time delivery, customer satisfaction).
- Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams.
## Skills Required
- Good communication and customer handling.
- Knowledge of shipping terms (Incoterms, HS codes).
- Proficiency in logistics software (like CULoader, FreightDesk).
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
