Emversity is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our People & Talent team in hiring across corporate, field, and centre-based roles.
This internship provides hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, recruitment tracking, and candidate follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and telephonic screening.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate trackers/ATS with accurate candidate information.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support offer rollout coordination and selected-candidate follow-ups.
- Assist in tracking recruitment metrics and maintaining hiring reports.
- Support job postings, employer branding activities, and recruitment outreach.
- Assist with campus hiring drives, job fairs, and recruitment events when required.
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable managing multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with ATS or LinkedIn Recruiter is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
- Genuine interest in HR and Talent Acquisition.
