About the Role: WeddingsdeGoa is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Accounts & Operations Admin. This role is perfect for fresh Commerce/Accounts graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience who want to grow in finance and office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cash flow, payments, and financial records.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and track payments.
- Generate financial reports for audits and internal review.
- Maintain office inventory records.
- Track and categorize company expenses.
- Process employee expense reports.
- Support smooth day-to-day office operations and coordination across teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- Freshers with accounts/finance knowledge are welcome.
- 1-2 years of experience is also considered.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting practices.
- Must be living in North Goa and able to work onsite .
