Role Overview
This is a consultative SaaS sales role focused on understanding client business challenges and positioning HisaabNow as the right operational and billing solution.
The role requires a mix of:
- Business development
- Solution consulting
- Product demonstrations
- Client relationship management
- Subscription sales closure
The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with business owners, understanding workflows, recommending solutions, and converting leads into long-term SaaS customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and connect with salons, restaurants, cafés, retail stores, grocery shops, and service businesses
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, references, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and outbound outreach
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Solution Consulting
- Understand client operational challenges and workflows
- Recommend suitable HisaabNow modules/features based on business requirements
- Position HisaabNow as a business growth and operational efficiency platform
Product Demonstration
- Conduct product walkthroughs and live demos
- Explain billing, CRM, staff management, inventory, reporting, and customer engagement features
- Handle client queries and objections confidently
Sales Closure
- Drive subscription conversions
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Negotiate and close deals
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience
Funnel Management
- Track leads and sales funnel stages
- Maintain CRM updates and follow-up schedules
- Share market insights and competitor feedback
