Job Title: Relationship Manager (RM)Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing suitable financial or business solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize revenue.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer queries.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to enhance engagement and retention.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, relationship management, banking, insurance, financial services, or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered (if applicable).
