Miss Claire Cosmetics is a growing beauty and makeup brand offering trend-driven and high-quality beauty products. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Photographer who can contribute to our brand across product packaging, print, digital, social media, e-commerce, and photography.
Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3–4 years of experience who has a strong understanding of branding, packaging design, print production, social media creatives, and product photography.
The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense and be able to take a creative concept from idea to final artwork.
Key Responsibilities:-
Graphic Design & Branding
- Create creative designs for digital and offline marketing requirements.
- Develop social media posts, stories, campaign creatives, advertisements, banners, and promotional materials.
- Maintain consistency with the brand's visual identity across all communication.
Product & Packaging Design
- Design product packaging, labels, boxes, cartons, pouches, and other packaging materials.
- Create packaging designs according to product specifications and brand guidelines.
- Prepare artwork and files for final production and printing.
- Coordinate with vendors/printers to ensure accurate execution of packaging designs.
Print Design
- Design print packaging and marketing collaterals such as brochures, catalogues, standees, posters, flyers, inserts, and promotional materials.
- Have a good understanding of print specifications, dimensions, bleed, colour modes, and print-ready artwork.
- Review proofs and ensure the final output matches the approved design.
Photography & Content
- Plan and execute product, lifestyle, and campaign photography.
- Handle basic product styling, lighting, composition, and photography setups.
- Edit, retouch, and enhance product and lifestyle photographs.
- Create high-quality visual assets for social media and e-commerce platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong experience in product packaging design and print design.
- Proven experience creating social media creatives and digital content.
- Good understanding of branding and visual communication.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of InDesign, Canva, or other design tools will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of printing processes, colour profiles, dimensions, bleed, and print-ready files.
- Photography skills with a good understanding of lighting, composition, styling, and photo editing.
- Strong creative and aesthetic sense with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing packaging, print, social media, and photography work is mandatory.
Preferred Experience
Experience in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, FMCG, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands will be an added advantage.
