We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead sales operations, develop business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Manage and support the sales team for better performance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to handle targets and manage team performance
- Active, smart, and professional approach towards work
- Result-oriented mindset with good problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting preferred
