Vivart Design Studio is a multidisciplinary design and project management firm with two decades of experience. We specialise in government projects in Gujarat.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can coordinate communication between site engineers, consultants, contractors, and the senior management team across multiple construction projects in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. The role focuses on collecting project updates, identifying issues, organizing information, tracking action points, and preparing structured weekly project reports with clear recommendations and way forward.
This is not a pure technical design, estimation or site supervision role and not a pure administrative role. The ideal candidate should have the ability to understand construction/project-management issues and convert site information into meaningful management communication.
Skills:
Written English and Gujarati
Understanding of BOQ, CAD drawings
Pay scale:
20K - 30K per month (additional benefits of insurance, bonus and travel allowance)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
